HQ MND-SE CHANGE OF COMMAND CEREMONY
A new commander for the Headquarters Multinational Division South-East.
Today, June 12, 2020, the Change of Command Ceremony took place at the HQ MND-SE site.
Brigadier General Plamen Yordanov, COMMANDER of HQ MND-SE since March 2020, handed over the
command to Brigadier General Cristian DAN.
Brigadier General Cristian DAN had, up until today, the command of the Headquarters Multinational Brigade South East. He has completed three operational deployments.
His first mission was in Iraq, 2004. In 2010 he was nominated for his second deployment to Afghanistan
as Chief of Staff within the 812 Infantry Battalion.
In 2013 BG Dan was deployed again in Afghanistan as a Battalion Commander
