COMMAND SENIOR ENLISTED LEADER (CSEL)

Staff Senior Warrant Officer Adam MAJOCHA
 

SSWO Adam MAJOCHA was assigned as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader of Headquarters, Multinational Division South-East in September 2021.

SSWO MAJOCHA has held a variety positions in the Polish Armed Forces spanning from squad to Command Sergeant Major level. He completed his military education at The Warrant Officers Military School in Legnica (1993-1995).

He has completed a number of courses including the Common Security and Defense Policy for Military Operations, Joint Communication Systems Planners, Communications Systems and Services, Standardized Tactical Entry Point, Course for Operators and Admins of Headquarters Management Systems for Operational and Tactical Level, European Union External Action Course, Joint Operational and Intelligence Systems, Admin and Operator of ISAF Force Tracking System and English language courses. His most recent achievement was the completion of Baltic Defence College in Tartu, ESTONIA during which he completed his Command Senior Enlisted Leaders’ Course.

 

His first abroad mission was SFOR, Nordic-Polish Battle Group in Bosnia and Hercegovina as Joint Operation Centre NCO, then as an Assistant G2 Chief. In addition, he deployed twice in the Polish Military Contingent in Iraq, two deployments to Afghanistan and six months rotation in Kosovo where he acted as the CSEL to the Polish Military Contingent. HQ, Eurocorps located in Strasbourg, France was his next place of duty where he was responsible for S3 and S6 issues in Polish National Support Element. In 2017, he was transferred to Land Operations Centre – Land Component Command in Cracow, were between 2019 and 2021 he was the Command Senior Enlisted Leader.

For his service, he was awarded:  The Star of Iraq, The Star of Afghanistan, Medal of Merit for National Defense (Gold);Medal of Armed Forces in Service of Fatherland (Gold), Honorary Badge of the Land Forces, Honoured title of meritorious soldier of the Republic of Poland (3rd class), NATO Non-Article 5 medal for the Balkans,  NATO Non-Article 5 medal for NM-Iraq, NATO medal for the former Yugoslavia, Multinational Division Central – South Commemorative Medal – Iraq, Duncan medal of the Veterans.
