NATO Travel Order;
     · Copy/ copies of ID and/ or passports, birth certificate, marriage certificate;
     · 2 pictures 3.5 mm/4.5 mm for each member and/or dependant

One week before the completion of the assignment, the member (and the dependant) will submit the ROU ID to HQ MND-SE.

The member and the dependants must have a private or public registration in the Romanian Heathcare system

REQUIRED documents for public registration:
     – European S1 Form;
     – Certificate regarding the member/ dependant’s status;
     – the registration requests to the Defence, Public Order, National Security and Judicial Authorities Healthcare System/Department;

Copy of ROU ID, passports, birth certificate, marriage certificate.

Steps to follow:
     – Custom – a custom request must be fill in by FSC
     – Technical inspection-the prices for authentication (approximately 100 euro for an UE car and 200 euro for a non UE car) and the payment method (in cash or by card).
     – Car insurance
     – Registration certificate fee bill (49 lei)
     – RAAPPS( 190 )

There are two situations:
   I. Deregistration and shippment with no plates;
   II. Deregistration and registration with temporary plates.
