Major General Daniel Petrescu took time to congratulate his subordinates for the exceptional achievement of combat readiness at the evaluation of the “Dacian Lancer 2018” Exercise in March. “It was a great year, which taught us a lot, and we all evolved. You have to be proud of yourselves and of your achievements because now we can carry on with any mission NATO will entrust us. Also, I want to thank to your families for supporting you in your endeavors. We couldn’t have done it without their support”.

The most waited moment of the night was the raffle for baskets with traditional products from each of the 14 contributing nations within this NATO headquarters, plus Romania. There were 20 baskets in total, Romania offering 6 baskets. 3,000 LEI was raised by selling raffle tickets, money that will be used to buy gifts for the children from ”Cireșarii” Shelter from Bucharest.
